Your gift funds media monitoring, reports and legal action taken for victims. You choose where it goes; the general assembly approves the accounts every year.

01Is my payment secure?
Yes. Your card is entered in the form of Stripe, a PCI DSS level 1 certified payment provider, with strong authentication (3-D Secure) when your bank requires it. The Collective never receives your card number.
02Which cards are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and CB, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay on compatible devices. For a monthly gift, SEPA Direct Debit may also be offered.
03How do I stop my monthly gift?
From the tracking link you receive by email: one button stops it immediately, no questions asked. You can also write to us.
04How do I give in crypto?
Choose “Crypto” at the payment step, then the network. Send from your wallet to the address shown, or scan the QR code, then declare the transaction to receive your receipt. Bitcoin, Monero, Zcash, Solana and USDT (Tron, BNB Chain, Solana), on the networks shown only.
05Is my gift tax-deductible?
Your receipt confirms your gift. It only gives right to a tax reduction (in France) if the association issues tax receipts, which is then shown on this page at the amount step.
06What will my gift be used for?
For the association’s purpose, according to the allocation you choose: media monitoring, reports to Arcom, the public prosecutor or Pharos, legal action led by lawyers chosen by victims, support, culture and dialogue.
07Can I give by cheque or bank transfer?
Write to collectifsunheat@proton.me: we will send you the association’s details once its bank account is open.
08Can I get a refund?
A gift is normally final. If you made a mistake in the amount, write to us quickly with your reference: the board will review your request.
